I'm not sure I understand your question but if you mean the link to order your cbsa note, yes the link is active. Choose the note you want and make payments with you naira card and you'll get an email notification. Follow the instructions in the email received.
For the other questions, I'd suggest someone who is more knowledgeable about the visa processes should help answer them.

It's best to get the MBS to the embassy, you will be given a one-page PDF by your bank to when submitting your application. You can also it directly, however, you should note the limit on the portal.

My late dad gave me and my sisters some landed properties in his last will & testament which i submitted as part of my application and our names where mentioned as the owners of the property.

I learnt that you need my attention on your refused Application. Going by what you've done and plan to do in order to salvage the concerns of the visa officer. I will further advice you provide a property in your name and if possible get a real estate surveyor to value the property. This will considerably help your case and overcome the issues in your last application.

I was honestly scared my application was not packaged very well but I think my saving grace was my SOP where I explained everything explainable and I backed it up as much as possible but there where some things that couldn't be backed up they just had to take my word for it.

It's safe to say that the POF info on IRCC still holds water, however, showing POF for the entire program duration would not be a bad idea.

Eligibility review is the last phase after your medicals and biometrics are updated to ed.

All this under a month and a week, that's great speed.
