To all those whose was credited with the borrowed xtratime, kindly call your customer care line on 180 and complain to them, their response will be that there is nothing they can do because it's not from MTN cos MTN code for borrowing airtime is *606#.

After the call, dial NCC on 622 and lay a complain. Your call to NCC on 622 is free please. They won't charge you for the call.


I want to assure you that MTN will call you and find a way to sort it out.
