Yeah, we have bilingual citizens in those countries who speak English and there are large immigrant communities from those 3 countries in the U.S., so the motivation to learn and speak English is apparent!

But then for reasons of national pride, some folks in a country like won't speak English to you, but would want to hear you speak French. Lol.

Please can some one who have EU resident card enters into Serbia without visa ?

Europe is a great continent to relocate to for any serious individual from Nigeria.

Better quality of life, opportunity, jobs, security etc.

But one important thing i will advise is you should start learning the language even before you leave Nigeria.

It will definitely help make your integration easier and make your luck chances brighter.
