don’t get, what’s wrong with withdrawing such amount at that time? I don’t know about where you live, but where I live is safe, some pos operators even work all night. Op it happens even sometimes bank atm’s debit without dispensing money, just take your receipt to the bank tomorrow..

The receipt can show declined yet the money will be processed successfully from your to the recipient's .
