Review of eligibility started today.
Application is for my mother in law.
I am a citizen,own my house and work full time with my wife. I strongly believe my webform brought up my application for further processing.
So if you have gone past processing timeline, raising a web form may be worth trying.

Raised like 4 webforms in July and asked for GCMS notes early october.
Got like 2 generic responses to my webforms, no response to GCMS notes

Please if I want to use lagos office, how do I pay the 990SMS fee, do I still need to pay the transmission fee after doing biometrics at the Lagos offfice?

For Lagos Office:

Walk into any DHL or UPS store, you can google & check for the one's near you.

This is the Address you will mail your documents to:

Canada Visa Application Centre
Ground Floor, The Manor

Documents to go with to the DHL Office:

- Two photocopies of your international port data page
- Your International port itself
- port request letter
- Biometric confirmation slip (the document you were given after u did your Biometrics)
-Two copies of signed VFS consent forms
-Note the 990 SMS fee is compulsory. Pay it as well to the same .

Put everything in a Big Brown Envelope,

Write your FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NO. & Email Address on the Envelope boldly

When you go to DHL, also indicate that you want a two way courier service. Then provide them the address you want your port sent to when ready.
