Been following your case closely and it's quite similar to mine. So sorry for your experience, I know the feeling. Something this expensive should at least have a provision for appropriate redress or compensation in extreme cases of this nature. In my case I was fortunate to get assurances from the school i would get a slot if I deferred to January amd the school also advised me to cancel/withdraw the visa application. I've lost the visa app fee but at least the IHS will be refunded. Goodluck with what's next and stay strong!

You can get married anytime just provide the relevant documents to prove your relationship is substantial

Apart from your certificate please include other evidence like t bank statements,bills, investments ,pictures, emails/chats, hospital letter if both were ed as a couple in same hospital etc

Also, you can call UKVI and seek more guidance on this if that helps

They may be able to tell you the status of your application and if varying it will be ideal
