Guess he was referring to those new TVs from China sold in Alaba international market, if you're cant afford new LG or Samsung TV from reputable stores like Fouani then get a first grade UK used LG or Samsung TV.

Whatever you do dont buy Hisense TV no matter how attractive the price is.
