Because aliexperess declined my card and some other guys here in the house, so I would assume aliexperess is rational.

Of couse, yes. Your parcel goes directly to the name and address submitted. Therefore, you have to put recepient's name and address

This has been my thought. Like, how do we shop on Aliexpress 11:11 and Black Friday. Naija matter tire person! I've been longing to buy a phone on EBay or Aliexpress but due to dollar rate wahala, I've not been able to obtain it.

There's number given to you when you signed up on a virtual platform. You can only transfer cash (in naira) to this . It is this naira that is converted to dollar that enables you make your payment in that fereign currency on Aliexpress . This is how virtual operates.
