Also 40,000MW can't be wished into the country no matter how emotional we are about it.. It takes time.

Forget about how Egypt got over 20k MW in 4 years. Underground work happened before that 4 years.
Just like how this new Lagos Lekki seaport looks like it's happening in Sanwo Olu tenure (in 4 years). Whereas it's origin started more than 16 years ago during Tinubu's tenure.
