For question 1,if your tracking number begins with 'NG', that's Speedaf.

Secondly, your order is just 11days in transit, so you've got to be patient. If its handled by speedaf, you could get it in two weeks depending on your location. But if the order is attached to Nipost, you may have to wait a little longer before it's delivered to you.

If your tracking number ends with "E", then go and pick your item in their office. If, however it ends with "R", Speedaf official will call you to arrange for home delivery. But if you're desperate to get your item, irrespective of whether it's home delivery or self pickup, you can go and pick it up at their office.

1. Each item on AliExpress has its processing time. If it's not shipped within that timeline, it'd be cancelled automatically and refund made to your by default.

2. If it's been shipped, it'd likely take a while to be updated by the courier. That's normal and considering they just concluded their National Day Holiday, logistics/processing will be slow due to backlogs.

3. So, no need to be apprehensive about your order. AliExpress monitors logistics, if it's abnormal, they'll notify you and possibly cancel it and refund you.

For you to be able to add a new card, you have to make use of Pc (desktop version of aliexpress website). That's exactly the same issue I encountered 2 days ago when I wanted to add Gomoney virtual card. I made several attempts on phone but failed. But when I did it on pc it went through within seconds.

I've chatted with them before, but that was a
couple of years ago, so I can the details of the process now. But one thing I is that I was initially chatting with the bot but was latter transferred to the customer rep who happened to be a lady.

Help guys, after waiting for almost a month and tracking my order with Speedaf I went to their store for collection but was told my order/parcel couldn't be found with them.


This morning, I chatted with their customer care and was told that my tracking number " NG000189711ES " is not valid " and that I should the seller this after I had traced and tracked my order down to Nigeria using the same speedAf website.


Have I been scammed? Please help oo
