When I like something I buy two or three and sometimes seven of it, meaning I have four pairs of the same shoes and many Phillips Fidelio headphones. On Ali Express free shipping when I add more than two instances of the same item shipping charges would mysteriously appear. On items with paid shipping, the cost rises as more items are added but sometimes the shipping cost plateaus.

Just order for one of them at a time. If you want to order for 2 items. Order for 1 separately and go and order for the second one. They should combine the shipping and it will not cost you anything

I placed an order since 2nd of this month but the seller has refused to send it.

First, I ed them to ask what the problem was, they apologized and said they will send it in 2 days time which should be on the 5th/6th of this month. I waited and ed them again but no response since then. Instead they started the order with a tracking number but the tracking is still stagnant since then, no movement.
I noticed this and ed them, telling them that I will report all they have been doing to aliexpress but to my greatest surprise, all the messages I sent has been “recalled”!

I tried ing aliexpress but it seems it’s only bot that responds to messages.

Please, how can I aliexpress, report this seller and cancel this order to get my money back.

Product worth $175. Do I still have hope on it?

I ed the seller about the mistake and he said there is nothing he can do about it and that he has already sent my order that I should just hope to receive it.
And please like how many more days do I hope to expect the arrival after the last update as of at yesterday?

You should still get it. I am not sure the logistic company will be informed that you've gotten it, unless AliExpress update the tracking details.

About how long it will take; that depends on the logistics.

Since it's left the seller's store/warehouse, no need to fear. I'm believing it's Post Netherlands shipment. It'll arrive within the timeline, however, I'd advise you open dispute now cuz it is likely to arrive after the expiration of your buyer's protection. Open dispute now to protect your money should the order is not as expected.

Report him for what?
1. Each item on AliExpress has its processing time. If it's not shipped within that timeline, it'd be cancelled automatically and refund made to your by default.

2. If it's been shipped, it'd likely take a while to be updated by the courier. That's normal and considering they just concluded their National Day Holiday, logistics/processing will be slow due to backlogs.

3. So, no need to be apprehensive about your order. AliExpress monitors logistics, if it's abnormal, they'll notify you and possibly cancel it and refund you.
