You have to be patient till your port is returned with your visa as I don’t see any much issue here. It might take a week to 10 days depending, but good news is that you got your visa already.

If you’re this worried after getting your visa, what about those who are yet to get update on decision?

So chill and drink wine whilst you wait for your port to be returned.

Guys, please what's the implication of missing a UK visa appointment?

I have rescheduled and rescheduled and my last appointment date is Thursday, but my port is stuck in another embassy, and I have not been able to get it out.
My application is for a Super priority visa.

Is there anyway around this?

My mom is planning to attend my graduation ceremony by December, She will be staying for 3weeks plus.
Please how many weeks statement of does she need to submit and the estimate of how much needs to be on there. Her accommodation is already sorted, so that expense will probably not be included.

I don't know if the usual centre works on istrative review. Don't fold arms and be awaiting visa because our VAC are not active enough to chase a response from the istrative review DMC. You have to escalate through the istrative review email and paid mail that your port is at the VAC awaiting the result of the last mail, the relevant department Will continue from where they stopped and issue the visa. Less than a month Sha at maximum.

Received my Visa today.

Did biometrics on Sept 15 at Ikeja TLS.
I applied early because of the 8-9 weeks average processing time.
Didn't even bother to track because of it.
Got a mail on Friday that the port had been dispatched by DHL - took delivery today. About 4 weeks later.

Some previous travel to the UK.

Great thing was the validity starts on my chosen travel date.

you can visit the TLS/VAC where you did the Biometrics on how to temporarily withdraw your port for urgent use, and will return it back as soon as you are done with the urgent need of it. No implications, if your application hasn't been decided after the urgent need of your port, you must return the port also if your application application has been decided without rejection letter, you must return the port to receive the decision.

Must one recieve a successful mail before collection mail?

Because i only sent a paid mail, and i got a response of decision has been made.

because i av same issue too dere was no visa sticker on my port... Bt my own case is dfren I didn't collect n resubmitt port wen 1st rejected...

Got to TLS today picked up my port and checked on it came back empty . No vignette no refusal. I did a paid mail and I got an automated reply that I will get a response within 5 working days, I just want to know my fate, I’m already assuming that it’s an error from them , maybe they forgot to put the vignette in . I don confuse o. Abi what do you guys think

Months.. start with 6 months if she can
Expressly write in the invitation letter what you are providing eg accommodation, feeding

My visa will expire in December but I am planning to apply for another visa by January. I want to ask if I can still apply for another 6 months or I have to apply for 2 years visa.

She has initiated the payment since Sept 7, but up till now she is stuck at ADB_ Disbursement Reviewer stage.

I am not seeing priority appointment booking while trying to apply for uk visa.
Am just seeing super priority, and i read somewhere that they said priority appointments are released only once a week, is this true??

If yes, any pattern to the release? What day of the week and time??
Can one do a standard appointment and then later check when they will release priority appointment?

This question has been answered. Next time search with the keyword "UK PRIORITY VISA"
You can get a priority visa, just keep checking the site (TLS) intermittently.

Its two things....a denial or an error....check your inbox and spam....for the pdf file that says what the issues....it happened to a friend of mine...they ddnt send anything...he did paid mails which the later responded to after 20 days......

If its for visit ....there's almost no better way to prove that you are earning legit, unfalsified income.... Salary is fantastic especially when u are earning good money....a person earning 550k per month can easily prove he or she is has a 3 million saved for vacation with such at the end of a year..

But be careful....as salary s can easily help you show UKVI u have legit steady income ...it can, on the other hand, easily expose if u cannot properly justify the total balance you are claiming to have, especially when the salary inflow is small and you made deposits that doesnt normally enter the to muscle it up....

u cannot be earning 80k per month(960k per year) and suddenly want to show a balance of 2.5M for travel with some funny deposit u cant explain... the ECO will smell a rat and may bounce you
