Just imagine the criminality these people endure in Lagos. This is something they built when the economy was much better than what we have now.

If I have some time, I will create a thread comparing both projects on the basis of size, costs, etc. If only they know the atrocities of "that" criminal element from Lagos, nobody will be mentioning his name at all as far as aso rock is concerned.

That mall is a 21st century standard. It has all the necessary facilities such as its own Water and Sewage Treatment Plants, provision for fire safety.
The materials, plants, human effort, construction method etc are top notch.
