1. Just input your domain keyword (Plumbing) and location (Dallas) into Google/Bing search and you'd see the list of ends that are offering the same and related services of your domain name.

2. Carefully click on each link and scroll down to the footer of the site or look for the “ us" link inside the menu, you'll see their email address. Copy it (if it's not there move to the next link).

3. Repeat no. 2 till you get to the last page of Google search.

4 OPTIONAL: the leads to know if valid or in use. (To avoid email blacklisting)

For first outbound let the domain keywords start with capital letters, without the www. To avoid your mails going to spam. For example ColumbusVideographer. Com (had to space for obvious reasons) This way, it won't be a clickable link, just the domain

Instead of www/ ColumbusVideographer/ com

Install mailtrack add on to your Gmail to monitor open rates

This is helpful as it helps to know people are reading even if you ain't getting replies.

I'm positive that October will be much better.

To fellow newbies awaiting first sale, please don't give up, e get why. When I started my service year, I was buying domain names and I had no savings unlike my colleagues. Even my mom scolded me about it. I had a gut feeling that I was doing the right thing and I kept at it.
