Good Day Brethren,

I have been given provisional ission at The University of Newcastle. I want to pay the initial deposit. I have the value in my USD here in Nigeria. How will I go about making the payment online without going through form A wahala. This school is not ready to provide number for form A processing, they said it takes time. I have been to all my banks, I was directed to Form A.

Any plug to help out in this regard will be highly appreciated at a friendly rate.

Good Afternoon Bosses,
Please, I'd like to know if there is a way to know or calculate how much a initial tuition fee deposit will be.

For Instance, University of the Sunshine Coast with a tuition fee of Aus52,800 for a 2 year program.

Also, is it wise enough to input the fact that my spouse is ready to take a 2 year sabbatical leave from work as a form of to enable me enough time at my studies while he takes care of our toddler since they will be coming with me as dependents in my SOP?

Thank you all!!

If you have USD it should be very easy to make the payment, all the details should be linked to your ission

The issue is there is no clear cut of sending money out of Nigeria. anything forex transaction has to through CBN. you cannot even do a $100 transaction in Nigeria without CBN involved. I have a friend in Australia, but the challenge is how will i send him the money?

If you have the USD in your dorm , you can make the transfer subject to $10k per month even if it was cash lodgements

I did direct transfer from my dorm to flywire to pay my deposit last month

I don't think returning them had anything to do with the timing of the intake. From what I know I feel maybe they didn't get an extra OSHC cover to take care of the extra months because I have seen several persons travel 5 months before the study start date

Greetings,

Apologies for not having an answer to your question, however, I do have a question.
What agent in Nigeria assisted you in securing ission to the University of the Sunshine Coast and were you requested to provide an English language Proficiency Test?

My agent is saying I shouldn’t touch the money.

Your closing isn't really important when a visa office is considering your application or looking at your bank statement. What's really paramount is the flow of cash. How much goes in and out of your ? What do you spend your money on?
Let say you're a business person, they know you could invest your money in a new business opportunity that may have presented itself. Like I mentioned earlier, how much goes in and out of your is very important and what you spend your money on will determine if your sponsor will have enough to look after you while in Australia.

Nobody wants to answer me or is their any thread specifically for my question.

Please I am currently in Russia, and my partner who is Australian citizen wants to bring me up there (Melbourne) specifically

1. She got me a job and full time permanent job and the organisation is willing to sponsor and send me documents to bring me up then we get married

2. In my own sense I want her to come to Nigeria so I can return back and we get married and I will apply for marriage visa

Please guys what do you think. I need someone to advice me on what to do.

Because I am thinking if I have to go through the work embassy might deny me with a reason that a citizen in Australia can do that job they want to spend money and bring me up.

But the obviously the company said the vacant have been empty for a long time now.

Gurus in the house pls help

@justwise

It is the company's responsibility (not yours) to prove to DHA that they couldn't find an Australian to do the job. They have to do this before they can sponsor you and before visa application. Hence you can't be denied visa on that basis. A lot of people are coming in through work sponsorship these days due to the skills shortage locally.

More importantly what is your occupation? Do you have a valid skills assessment? Do you have the required work experience in that occupation? You need to go through the requirements of 482 visa and see if you are even eligible. If you are, and the company is willing to sponsor, this is the best option.

Option 2 is a very stressful process. It can take at least two years in many cases before you are granted a spouse visa.

Cheers.

Do you have family in Australia?
I am in Newcastle NSW way. Can be of assistance if you like. Today is holiday in Australia. If you are happy to make payment into my in Nigeria, I will go to the University of Newcastle to pay your tuition fees.

To keep your mind at rest, before you make the payment, I will do a video call with you at a local police station near me and you can have a chat with a police officer if you like.
Or if you have an ideas to prove that I am not a scammer let me know.

If I may asks, did you informed them that you have previously be denied visa before?

If you will be sponsoring yourself, please you have to check somethings like your age, Undergraduate or Master, your ties with home, etc... Please cool down and weigh the options... But for me, if your parents are still alive, use them or your brother...

Shalom!
Like, transfer the money to them? Won't that be lump sum? I haven't submitted the application
