I know an old grand Uncle that eats cat pepper soup but I can never touch that soup. He prepares it like normal pepper soup and gets rid of the head.

You can oven dry after cleaning,and use for your stew tomorrow.

They are healthy meat..I have had the bush ones countless times growing up.

The head will be more of bone and stress.
