if i may ask what is rate you got from stanbic compare to Zenith ?

Good morning sir.
The Tbill officer from Stanbic gave 7.5
Zenith gave me 6.0 but tenor short.
Zenith bank here, will not give you the actual rate and days. It depends on the amount you want to invest not like others banks, where they have constant rate/tenor.
Zenith bank here, will tell you from 1m to 3.5m this rates and tenors. 4m to 9.4m the rates and tenors also, and from 9.5m to 19.4m different also...

The rates are spiking! NO investors will look for anything less than 10%. Coming weeks might be interesting

There are still better deals in . The only limitation is get the required minimum of 5M. Presently, MTN has offer for subscription of 184 days @ about 10.4 that is sweeter than the 5.8 TB is giving for 180 days.

Also, C& I leasing has offer of about 14.7 for 270. Those rates are better by far compared to what TB is offering.

You're right. I saw the mtn offer yesterday. Mtn has AA+ in ratings. I'm looking forward to coming offers

Yes. However, with the rating of MTN Nigeria and the business they do, the risk is tolerable. I will rather go with the 4.8% difference than the risk free TB at this time.

What are the risk.
Risk of default.
The company goes out of business
Both are unlikely but still possible.

I will only invest in a secured hence the ratings accompanying the adverts. I think amount is based on value of company or assets on ground that can be liquidated to pay off.
Experts should please explain further, thanks

The time is almost past ooo. The offer was reviewed to 11.3155% according to what Coronation MB sent to me. It closes by Monday 12/09/22. However, if your money is ready you can mail Afrinvest 'afrinvest securitiesltd @afrinvest. com' or Coronation Merchant Bank ' ibteam @ coronationmb. com ' to get details.

Sorry the picture is not clear.

Hello.....I know this must have been discussed here by....but with over 2000pages ,it'll be difficult to trace.

Well my concern is with this TB investment and the capacity of this government or the next to payback. I know govt can always print money but at wot point is it impossible to continue to print.

Nigerias debt profile is brutal......loan repayment is over 80% of our revenue.

I'm just concerned........uncertainty is too much

Your concern is mind blowing and worrisome. Having spoken to experts, I still get the same answer. “The government will print more money”. Sighs. Let’s see what the whole house have to say about this.

When faced with two difficult options of either defaulting on its debt or printing more money to pay back (which causes inflation), the government will definitely chose the latter.
The former will cause immediate social unrest so it is not even better. CBN has no choice but to continue printing Naira for the foreseeable future. In other words, naira will continue depreciating unless the government finds a solution to the revenue and spending problems.

By the way, CBN has also printed about 20 trillion for the government which is not even recorded yet in our debt. Once it is added, the debt figures will balloon.

It is better to do a proper research on the subject if you are not satisfied with the responses of these experts.

I've seen someone here claim to read the CBN governor's memos and ridicule his economy policy as though they were contemporaries.

This house has a lot of storytellers.

Who told you printing money increases the national debt
