The woman's lawyer should advise her to claim "temporary insanity" that was caused by the psychological threat of the unprofessional policeman and also counter sue to police for inflicting violent verbal threat and severe emotional trauma on this female Nigerian citizen.

They should also make sure the trial is well publicised in both social and traditional media.

I don't think you have ever been to a court and sat on a criminal case b4, ask any barrister almost all of tier citation and references are based on cased abroad, even in Insurance cases, the citations and references are all based on cases abroad. Have a look at the big book the court clerk hands over to the judge to refer to, almost all cases are from abroad,. Why do you think the EFCC lose the vast majority of their cases

There is no physical evidence that the police man threatened to shoot her. There's no such thing in the video posted. All there is to show is her words saying the police man threatened to shoot her.

If she can't produce any evidence to her claim that the police man threatened to shoot her, if she can't produce any witness to her claim, then she's as good as guilty of assaulting the police man.
