My spouse(MA), I and our 3 children did Bio on 11th August (Ikeja TLS). Today is the 16th working day. My spouse has called UKVI numbers (+44 203 875 4669 and +44 300 790 6268) severally on 3 different mobile networks to ask for our application status but, UKVI lines are constantly engaging. On TLS, the application status is still on DMC. How best can we do paid call or are there other numbers to place paid call to UKVI or what do you all advise?

Please for anyone who's done paid call, what number did you use? The first one isn't going and for the 2nd one, after I follow the instructions, it gets to a point where it says I should check the ukgov for the status of my application and the line cuts.

She will be leaving before I do and she as her visa already so I am not sure of the right answer.

By ND you mean HND or OND? You really can't get into a UK undergrad degree programme with just WAEC you would need either OND/HND or have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree Programme .

I am not sure this is necessary except you are saying your institution doesn't have an online platform for processing this type of request.

Same happened to us, dependants even collected theie ports with Visa however that dame evening MA was now got email for collection. So dont worry let dependants go collect their visa. MA would definately get conllection letter... te ukvi guys are overwhelmed.

Just finished paid call, person I spoke to said decision has been made and that ideally I should get collection mail in 3 working days. Yours might be next week too.

I already applied for a course in Anglia Ruskin, I was denied ission for the course (I guess it's my SOP). I intend applying for thesame course again in Anglia Ruskin, is it possible? Both application are for January.

You may want to apply to other courses. How did you know it was the SOP that caused the first reject?
