UKVI is so overwhelmed at the moment and to be honest you have done what you can by escalating

At this point there should be alternative plans

I.e Moving flight forward if the whole family still insists on traveling together

2. Breaking the trip so some travel and the rest s in that scenario the MA can travel and the dependants come in including the little one.

3. Consider the option of unaccompanied minor, some airlines offer it

First, know that it is very very expensive to change the date for an airline ticket. You don't even want to know how expensive it is.

Your best bet is for your wife to her school and explain her predicament. Hopefully, the school authorities will approve her resumption for 21 September or thereabout. She must be persistent and send an email - even if she spoke to someone on the phone who promises that all is well. Make sure she sends an email and requests for a response.

For others still awaiting their visas, please, please and please, always confirm last day of registration/resumption from your school before you buy your ticket. I know tickets are very expensive and you might want to target travelling in late September - when tickets might be cheaper. However, note that most schools resume in the second/third week of September and take on-site enrollment very serious. After all the trouble and money you have spent, don't give the devil a chance.

@duchess yes i am still at the escalation days it is not yet 15 working days but 9.

I tried doing a paid call the guy said i should wait for the 15 working days to elapse before calling again as there is nothing they can do.

After sending a follow us mail,i got this reply.

I even open another query afresh still same thing.

go and do change of name back to your maiden name on your port. Your school will not call you a different name than what’s on your international port/BRP
