And obviously the owner does not have the time for a long period of transaction and needs to sell the property since the owner has to travel as soon as possible, that is also why it is a distressed sale. For the rental income, I'm sorry I wouldn't be able to answer that because I don't stay at that location and would not be able to give you an accurate information relating to how viable an investment in using the property for rental is. |
