yes you are using h264 decoda that's why you are not receiving video. you need to change your decoda to hevc 265 and start watching the channels

The decoder is h.265,
But what I observed in that the stations are no longer discovered whenever I search the particular TP. All the channels not showing the video are on the same TP. The decoder is csat c8 pro extra

the channels are still there you need to increase your signal

For cost, it depends on the type of dish you want, whether it is pan or fiber.

Depending on the construction and materials used, pan can be more rugged than fiber.
It's more resistant to distortion in shape that comes with pulling or pushing during installation and tracking
and is less prone to maintenance.
On the other hand, fiber has better surface finish hence better performance in of fringe reception.
However, it is less rugged and prone to shape distortion which results from push and pull (if not handled carefully).
Also, it requires more frequent maintenance like refoiling and surface painting.
