I know what this job did to me, I served in local content in the ES office. My hopes were so high. I almost got high blood pressure sef, I knew about the recruitment before it even started. They asked us to stop working in March because of Covid-19. Trying to get into local content was almost getting me depressed, Omo One day I told myself the truth.

I have written such quizzes before. You may be required to some Web browser or application, so they can monitor you via your computer's camera. It's nothing special...

...just that the kind of personnel managers we have in this country requires retraining. All they know how to do is import new exam technologies and test run them on helpless job applicants; complicating issues for people in this country.

Though the test must be over by now. I pray the said person scales through

My brother why won't Nigerians move to the travel section? Just take a look at what we are ing through in the country. In the organization where i work, we have at least 10 people reg each week and these are seasoned professionals with over 10 years industry experience and about 80% are leaving the country. The level of untold hardship in this country is enough to just leave it shores. Those of us who are unable or unwilling to leave, it will be in our best interest to vote the best candidate in, otherwise, the next slowpoke coming in will raise the suffering level to the power of 3. The hard truth is that the leaders of this country and politicians in ruling positions do not give a flying fcvk where your next meal is coming from.

The only thing i know for sure is that last month FCC submitted its very small list to NCDMB. I heard they prepared that list long ago and were only asked to submit it last month. So i thought the recruitment would have been concluded already and recently i confirmed from a friend at FCC that uptil now thse on the list have not been recruited. I dont know what is holding the recruitment.

I am not on that list and i have no influence both at FCC and NCDMB and i am an advocate of getting jobs without any influence since all the jobs i have gotten so far in govt were without connections and 100% merit based. My prayer is that NCDMB will recruit based on merit for the very first time since its inception. NCDMB is only agency i know so far that has given those without connections hope.

Some of us are too self absorbed within the circle of our cage shell. Your last paragraph has proven that. Pls be aware that no body is posting updates here just because he/she want us to agree with him/her . Some of us just like going into unnecessary debate as if it does add value to our CV.
