. I've not done any scan honestly.But I would advise you worry not.My first child's 7 weeks scan then had no fetal pole just gestational sac seen then and I had a smooth pregnancy and delivery. I'm planning to go for scan at 12 weeks Sha.

Presently using Solid rock but I've requested for change of hospital, I just dont like the way they do, my next antenatal is next friday dont know if I'll go or not. But i have colleagues that have used it.

Try and put your legs inside your bed( forget chores and everyother thing pls for now )and rest dear and if you feel any other cramp, pls head to the hospital straight. No chances should be taken pls.

So i have been consciously looking for where to buy all these long free gowns. Na so i carry myself go instagram, who sent me? I came accross this page with over 43k followers.

I dont even know what i was thinking that day, when i ordered. I'm just happy the amount is not much, about 10k. It was after they failed to deliver, i realised i have entered 1 chance . I realized same set of people keep commenting on posts praising them. Any comments of people complaining, gets deleted. Wow. The clothes haven't been delivered till today, since before sallah. I saw comments of people saying no delivery for over 6months. They just have a standby person permanently on Instagram deleting complaints.

Funny thing is, i was bit convinced as its a ed company i paid to then. I dont know why i didn't pay close attention. Even the address on their google profile is an empty building, no single soul there. Chai

I already count it as my loss but then i dont want other innocent people to fall victim of their scam and i know the only way to get instagram take down that page is if a lot of people report it. So that is why I'm sharing here. Bikonu, help me report that page on instagram. Thats all i ask for, nothing more.

*HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN LABOR HAS STARTED?*

This is a common worry for first-time mums, but once labour really gets going you'll definitely know.
The early signs of labour are:
♦️A show (the mucous plug at your cervix comes away and appears as a pinky-brown jelly-like blob or in pieces.)

♦️You might feel pains that feel like strong period pains (these are the start of contractions)

♦️You might have pain in your lower back that comes in waves.

♦️You may find that your waters break, in which case you know that labour is, or soon will be, under way, or you might start by feeling contractions. These will be different from the practice Braxton Hicks contractions that you may already have had. They feel *stronger, deeper and more painful.* Look out, too, for waves of backache, as some women find that this is where they feel their contractions.

Once labour has started, your contractions will become *more regular and won't go away!*

When you are having a contraction every five minutes (and last 30-60 seconds), call your midwife, birth centre or hospital labour ward if you are giving birth there or go to the hospital as the case may be.

If this is not your first baby, or you are likely to have a quick labour, your midwife may advise you to call earlier than this.
If you're still not sure whether you're in labour, phone the labour ward or your midwife. They are used to dealing with false alerts so don't worry.

Hello mamas, started spotting this morning but it comes off and on then I went to the hospital and they send me for scan, did not see anything with ultrasound, redo PT and it’s still positive, did TVS yet they did not see anything in the womb or Fallopian tube but they are suspecting something in the ovaries but not too sure, I am waiting for their report but the bleeding has stopped juts brownish discharge.
Pls put me in prayer.

Pls buy cyclogest and insert morning n night or buy duphaston. Most importantly meet a proactive DR to manage ur case
