Labour will get a minimum of 80% in all South Eastern states. APC and PDP will share the 20%.

No 25% for you in 5 states.

South-South states also Labour will get a minimum of 70%, PDP and APC will share 30%. Minus 11 states from the 25%.

APC and PDP just need to do well to get 2/3 which will be impossible.
