Hi Bastardson,

I presume the ission is conditional. Oftentimes, this occurs when the tertiary institution is satisfied with an applicant's credentials and profile but not with his/her SOP.

Most schools eventually withdraw the ission when applicants fail to satisfy the qualities they expect which in this case can only be expressed via SOP.

If you have a conditional offer, just sit calm, identify what you are doing wrong in an effort to meet the school's condition.

I even tried using the flexi payment, I did not see any dates( I was just seeing dates being highlighted as sold, and I could not click on any

Hi, I think I checked earlier and also had the same issue with not finding any dates with flexi and without flexi. But I signed in again and though no dates under flexi, there were dates without flexi from errmmm I think 22nd or 24th August, VI though. Not sure of the other locations.

My husband (MA) was debited for form A - flywire on Wednesday (5 days ago) . He did the form A application with Access bank in May and got debited in July at the rate of 526 Naira . It is well. His school is UNIVERSITY of SALFORD , we are awaiting unconditional offer and CAS

1. The letter said that she had no right to appeal the refusal so, there was no way to do an istrative review. It's her mother who wrote the invitation letter. Her mother is settled and even has a nice 3-bed apartment in London. I thought the student visa route is a point-based system. Is it possible to be rejected because the ECO feels like you want to settle in the UK?

2. She explained the oversight in her application form when they asked "why were you refused?". She doesn't feel the need to write the cover letter in order to reduce too much documentation wahala. She feels like the explanation she gave in the application form is sufficient.

3. The deposits were in 2019 and it's usually a common reason for refusal. She doesn't even have access to the investment company's anymore so there's no need to open old wounds and start deep investigations on her profile.

it's a dicey one here and i tell you why.

1. The last rejection - family visit visa was refused despite mother and brother being residents, did she get her brother to invite her formally and present all the required evidences to show he was accommodating her? Applying now for student visa this early, may be seen as a ploy to migrate and could lead to another rejection. If she had known, an istrative review at that time could've sorted this out.

2. To remedy the situation if school eventual overlook the above, is to include a cover letter when submitting a new application detailing what happened leading to the last refusal highlighting the fact that the ECO misplaced bank currency leading to wrong fund valuation.

3. You must also explain the huge deposits made to the for the last refusal and also avoid making similar mistake in the current process.

When is the entry date on your Visa? just ensure your flight date does not precede your entry day otherwise you'll have issues at the airport.

You are good to go, As long as it's not before the date on your visa like @Davidandgo stated. Please see below from the UK gov website.

"You can arrive before your course starts. This can be either:

up to 1 week before, if your course lasts 6 months or less
up to 1 month before, if your course lasts more than 6 months
You must not travel to the UK before the start date given on your visa, no matter when your course starts".
