No, I think I know exactly who the person could be, and if it was really him, then he was not joking. He might be the same person that announced that emails would drop immediately last year via a WhatsApp group. After a couple of minutes emails landed and he just quitted the group quickly. This approach is exactly similar to that

We are very few here. Is there another platform with more prospective awardee? I was in a WhatsApp group last year, and when the emails started to rain, we saw it with proves from successful awardees.
