Get the legal side sorted, that usually takes a while to do because like I said some states may involve child welfare


Whilst that's going on you can start to gather additional evidence such school fees and letter from the school attesting to the same situation, letter from hospital same situation, you could add church, you could add vacation the list is endless

The first step is the legal side, that is primary

If your school accepts flywire raise a payment advice. Attach the flywire as school payment details in your Form A application.
It takes normal bank processing time.

I hope they ed you via mail? If the comment on the portal compels you to , then do so and wait for their action. If the comments directs you to the bank, it becomes undisputable that you should go the bank.
Note that if you ed during the weekend, you would have to wait until week days.

Is it better I apply together with my 3 dependants? or first apply for my self, and when I settle i apply for my dependants. I am giving this a thought because of paucity of fund.

However, if it is better to do the application together, I can as well source for fund.

If your school accepts flywire you can. Its 100% safe.
Also note that you will go through the normal trade portal Form A processing method.
