As soon as it matures, apply, pay all necessary fees, do walk-in for your bio, wait for UKVI and if any delays happen, your school - they can give you one or two weeks extension

I got a refusal mail from ukvi on 7th July 2022 and it was refused on the ground that the home office was enable to my financial institution for my proof of fund verification ( Ecobank ) which I guess was an error from the ukvi caseworker.
I went to make a formal complaint to my bank and they denied receiving any mail/call to that effect, ( which their details was available on the copy of the statement of I ed during my visa application ). they equally ed the home office via their official email on 13th July 2022. they got a reply from home office, which they were asked to the statement of on 14th July 2022 and they ( Ecobank) did the . I ed the school about it and they said they will reached out to the home office..
Meanwhile I got a mail from Tlscenter on 13th July 2022 that my port is ready for collection, but I was later ed by the school that from their records the issue have been resolve and decision overturned, that a visa has been issued on 15th July 2022, that was 2days after I have already receive my collection mail from Tlscenter.. But still I have not yet received any mail from the home office about the overturned decision.
I have ed the school again and they told me same thing that from their record , a visa have been issued after the ukvi overturned the decision on 15th July 2022..
I sent a message via paid mail yesterday to the ukvi but they didn't give me any better response.
Someone said I should wait for them till next week before going to Tlscenter ..

Theres always a unit in every bank that is in charge of statement confirmation. UKVI case worker logs statments received for confirmation, and the bank verifies if its authentic.
So the details on this statement is irrelevant.

Also, can the bank give a cover letter that will have the details necessary??if they can you can add that also
