What you asked is a mystery but I'll try to be very simple. If you're not satisfied with these answers below, the next response will be an epistle

1. God is the God of the Jews and the Christians. Romans 1 vs 16. Galatians 3 vs 28.

2. The disciples were called and regarded as Christians first in Antioch a then Greek city. Acts 11 vs 26. Christian is derived from the Greek word Christianos which means "follower of Christ". This is because though Jesus and the disciples were all Jews, their way of life and teachings were different from the norm. As the gospel spread to other languages, the word Christianos became Christian in English and many things in other languages.

3. The present Jews don't believe that Jesus is the messiah and hence, don't believe he should be served. Coupled with other stories painted by the Pharisees and priests then that made the disciples look bad or made it look like they were deviating from Judaism. In summary, the jews are currently blind to the gospel and the gentiles (non Jews) have embraced the gospel. Jews will eventually believe Christ before the end of the world though (Romans 11 vs 25-26).

Every one who has practiced a system for as long as the Jews have, especially as delivered from generation to generation will resist or fight anything that represents a shift from that... Christians to Muslim, Muslim to Christian, Buddhist to Muslim...etc.

Yes the word you quoted is true and u have spoken well..but nowhere in my response did I speak to this point you raised neither does it invalidate the response I have given.

However to address this, understand that God had a Master plan...and his plan is not just for the Jews... Jesus was IMMEDIATELY sent to the Jews but his finished work was meant for all Flesh.. so even though he came as a Jew, by the ministry of Paul, his work and redemption would be available all.. including the gentiles.

Firstly, The Creator God is the God of the Universe and everything and everyone in it.
Secondly, He is in a special Covenant relationships with both Jews (Old Testament) and Christians (New Testament).
Jews only have a jealous resentment against Christians.
You know how people feel when they lost their position and place due to irresponsibility to someone else, even in their place of work or in politics.
That's the same jealous enmity and animosity Satan has against humanity
The creation of Adam was to shame Satan and replace him by humans.
God will resume His Covenant relationship with the Jews after He is done rapturing and rewarding faithful, holy and obedient Christians.

We know also that their God is our God too.
