Hello guys, please how long does it take for an application to reflect in the immigration tracking portal? I went for capturing on July 4th Abuja for rearrangement of name. I tried tracking it today and I received a notification that no application found. Ty again.
Please any idea on how soon the application will appear?

General port Renewal Requirements
1. Photocopy of data page
2. Standard port application form (it will be available for print out after you have filled the form online and paid)
3. Payment receipt
4. Appointment Slip (this is the form that has your appointment date and time, [application and reference id] keep your Ids safe, you'd need them for tracking or to continue the application incase you did not complete it in a day)
5. Letter of application
6. The expired port
The fee should be 25k for 5 years (32 pages), 35k for 5 years (64 pages) and 70k for 10 years (64 pages)

Shagamu processing is long too, I started my processing in April, I'm just waiting for collection.

Plz is Asaba Immigration office DIY friendly, we did our capturing since 1st June and when I track our application, it's still showing port production is in progress

Did my capturing yesterday at the NIS hqtrs Abj. Arrived 8am for 11am appointment. Captured almost 6pm. Never seen corruption in display so openly like that before. Let me just leave out the hurrible details for my sanity sake.

What this means is that you give your guarantor could be your sister or anyone that can vouch or trusts you the form to fill. Then you take the form to a court (magistrate or high) to get a court stamp. Shikenan
