Wow, the mistake is so much. I think you should cancel for him. I thought it was a slight mistake. And since he is well over 18, he isnt a child dependent anymore.
I tink he can apply for a school and move that way.

@ Afmaag123 thanks for reaching back. The mistake was around the part on MA section that ask for people who depends on you for financial assistance or so who will or will not be traveling with you. so instead of putting his birth year as 2020 we put it as 2000.

In his first msg, he didnt state the mistake was that much. If it was a small mistake like in the date and month, its nothing much cos pple make sure mistakes and its fine cos mistakes happen.
I made such mistake in my sons visiting visit application n only got to know after i submitted and had no issues.
Now he has he has stated that its in thevyear which is 20 whole years apart, thats what am worried about.

I beg to differ on this

The mistake is quite big to let go, unless the ECO starts to look into his birth certificate

You have said your son is 22 years with a dob of 2000 , at the moment, he is technically no longer a child dependant.

There is a tendency for the ECO to skip and refer to the birth certificate but what if that doesn't happen.

The onus is on you to ensure the information you provide is accurate and true.

If you can please cancel and reapply

In the student copy of my transcript which I just received some few days ago, I realized that the date of birth on it is wrong, even the Gender is also wrong. It doesn't tally with my International port.

Pls can I swear an affidavit to cover that?

Simply swear an affidavit and indicate the reasons for the mistakes.
It will suffice. I have someone dat did just that.

I’m going for my iom Medicals (Ikeja) on the 19th with my spouse as my dependant. Please while making payment, do I pay individually as a transaction or I pay individually. Do I need to include the reference number or how do I go about it? What do I need to take along on the test day?

Based on experience, they should stick to the different address they both provided at IOM. IOM shares its information with the UKVI. You don’t want provide something different in your VISA application.

Please I got two mails from IOM for my TB test. Giving me two different booking date (10 days apart)

I think it’s probably because I sent the booking mail twice.

I don’t know which of the two dates to show up. Please who has an idea?
