For those of you that already received disbursement from Baobab. Is it compulsory that your verification is done at the branch sent to you in the sms that states your has been opened? I’m resident in Lagos and I received an sms to visit Owerri within now and 8th of this month for verification. Can I have this done at their branch in Lagos?

Visit any of their branches close to you for rectification. I hope you did not transfer the money to a wrong number other than yours.

Try withdrawing the money in batches of N100,000. That's is withdraw 100k at a time and not more.

Also, you might want to reach their help line or visit any of their branches if you are close to one.

In my case, it was just my I.D card that was needed. I guess same applies to everyone.

The same issue I'm experiencing, made transfer from the app have been debited but no credit alert till now.

I went to their branch in Yaba, Herbert Macaulay Way. No document needed. I only showed them the text I received that has been created. Was asked for my phone number to search their database. Signed an agreement whatever. Requested they do a direct transfer since their app isn’t on the iOS, filled a form for it and got credited in the evening. That’s all

You should go to their branch if any is close to you, I reckon they'd open an for you on the spot then you await disbursement.

But you can still wait and be notified via text when one is opened for you.
