If it's DO-IT yourself just go for collection. If they give you any other cock and bull story just go to servicom for collection of your port and complaint

I guess there is an issue with your application. Is either your date of birth did not tally with the DOB in your NIN or one of your document does not correspond.

Please kindly go to NIS office where you did your capturing to confirm the cost of delay.

This can also be printed online along side your appointment slip. After you must have made payment to remita.

My port has 3 spaces between my two middle name and it has stopped me from capturing even after changing my NIN to suit it. Please, has anyone has similar issues recently? If yes, how did you go about it?

Fellow nairalanders, i have two questions about renewal of port i want to ask my ogas in the house.....

firstly, i originally did my port in abeoukta ogun sate in 2017, but now i base in the north, minna in niger state to be precise. can i do my renewal here in minna or do i still need to go to abeokuta for my renewal?

secondly, i was single when i did my port, now am married, how do i edit my info in their database? do i need any ing document for this wen renewin my port.

PS: My place is also close Abuja where the immigration headquaters is.........

I will advise you confirm the validity of your NIN(if it has been updated on the NIN portal), because that is one of the reasons your port might be delayed.

And can I also open file for my wife on behalf of her before our capturing day because she is a busy type. I'm applying in Lagos, where can you suggest for me to choose in between Alausa and Ikoyi

Finally picked my port today after 3months, captured on 3rd of march. File was received 26march, issued 20th June..picked up today.....#Festac


NB: not DIY, paid #45k wasn't fast tracked and was "Re-issued"
