So I am faced with this problem of feeling sleepy anytime I picked up the bible to read, whether it's the hardcopy or the ed ones in my phone, I feel sleepy when i want to read it. But I can read other voluminous books/materials from cover to cover without blinking my eyes talkless of sleeping.

I am so disturbed about this, I need help please.

firstly develop interest in the word of God and also ask for the holy spirit for guidance. If you can put this into action you won't feel sleepy again.

Overtime... it will stop...i believe the more spiritual i.e Obidient you become to the word of God the more your flesh/mind is inclined to accommodate more of his word without resisting or sleeping

Read books written by men of God on interesting topics like faith, heaven, angels, rapture etc. They provide guides and makes it easy to study Bible by reference. Read Bible guides. Or you can pick a topic in the Christianity and start writing on it. It will force you to be interested in reading the Bible.

well, it's simple. Start reading your bible whenever you wake up in the morning because at that time your most alart and you will barely fall asleep.
