Spiritual problems,the need to know God and Salvation of soul is the reason people go to not for political gain.If economy improves to the extent that there's job for everyone, the wise will still go to church and seek God.The Pastor that made this statement I doubt who called him into the ministry. While you are true, you should knw that nothing can stop this problem, Good implementations set in place can help reduce it, but first the Goverment should give those laws and fund them. U think oyinbo no dy carry robberies and do tax fraud despite how hard they know it is to be successful?
