No you can't trade with payoneer on binance and you withdrawing directly to your Nigeria bank will be a kind of loss cos the bank will reap you off. I will advise you to sell the payoneer funds to a trusted merchant for cash or you withdraw using grey. I can put you through on how to do that if u are interested. Withdrawing to your local bank will take days b4 it lands
