Good morning house. I can't move the profile creation section. Each time i try to save and continue, I keep getting error message. What could be the problem?

Sadly, I haven't solved it. I have sent them a mail without any response tho. You know, initially, after ing, I didn't get any mail so I impatiently ed again using my second email address. If you did same, I think that could be the reason we are having this challenge. Cc @pappydeewhy

if you're using a phone, change it to desktop mode.

In your mail check under promotions the link should be there. There messages drops under promotions.

I don't know how Yahoo mail works but it should either be in your Spam or promotions. I

Chat them online. I had the same issue. They asked me to supply a Gmail address to replace my yahoo address. They did the replacement for me. I only saw the link in my Gmail.

I had practically the same issue. I felt betrayed as it was none of my fault. I even stayed awake till 2am trying to change s as a way of going around the system! All methods proved abortive! Then I chatted their bot (9am-5am). I sent a message earlier to them and ed it with my email address, (the provision for this will be shown to you at the top left corner of your laptop). Suddenly the next day, one Ayo on the bot replied, insisting that the error came from my service provider and that I should expect to see the link in about 2 hours time. And it sure did! They even sent an apology mail through Testmi this morning.

If the above method proves abortive, then try sending them a mail through this email address; [email protected] or careers.nerc.gov.ng
