At what stage or stages during the building process can you get involved preferably?

Largest size is not quality, quality of tiles is most high grade productive of it, this 80by80 super Polish porcelain with high quality and thick gauge also first grade of porcelain Spanish product.
There many sizes but this only plain white glossy porcelain Spanish product that l have in stock.

I wasn't asking about a higher quality sha. I just wanted to know if those tiles (with same quality) come in larger sizes. I prefer larger tiles...the bigger the better for me; in fact if it's possible to do my entire floor with a single piece (no demarcations at all), that'd be my preferred flooring option

We work together in everything, but the buck stops with me. I make the final decisions. For instance, she prefers a black tile, I prefer white...her only reason being that black can mask dirt/stains, while my reasons for white included brighter interior, cooler temps & ability to match with any interior decor...so I won on that aspect. If she had provided a superior argument, of course I'd have gone with the black.

Others may have a different way of doing theirs and that's completely ok too.

If they are doing their piping themselves they have have to resume immediately the electrical guys are doing their piping which is the first stage. But if they the electrical contractors is providing pathways for them they will only come in during the cabling. Stage

Ok, thanks for the insight.
I would love to add CCTV, fire alarm, internet networking and solar to my build and I'd like all piping to be conduit, but my problem now is that I have already done concrete fascia and also external plastering, so is there a way of working around this?

So for the outdoor CCTV, how do you the pipes through the concrete fascia? Can the concrete fascia be avoided by maybe ing the pipes directly through the wall or through the windows?

So long as work is on-going, the contractor can do that and do have a 'right'. It is international acceptable best practice. Contractors are supposed to sign post their projects eg:

I'll disagree with you Sir. Pictured is what I've seen as standard in the USA. Sometimes they have lawn adverts if approved by the homeowner. In Nigeria anything goes.

Sure we do take permission from the owner
Most funniest part is that i don't believe in offline marketing do my thing Online, So few yrs ago a client we worked for brought the idea of banner!
And Aliamudulilahi it help my roofing business
Although some clients will tell us not to hang it
Why some will accept!
But most funniest part is that after installation if the building is located in open area
Na soso calls is the building for sell
Is the building for lent
I will just answer them oga madam read that banner imranroofing handle the roofing reason why we hang our banner
