Wike said he is not Igbo, that he is a Rivers man while his Ikwerre clan is an Igbo sub group, how does such person wish to go beyond where he is, although my vote is for P. Obi, I respect Atiku Abubakar for his sense of Nationalism, choosing Okowa had endeared him closer to the Igbo Nation. Let even say that for the sake of Wike that there is an Ikwerre nationality isn't it great that such individual does not show so much hate for other nationalities. Today, Wike failed to clinch the vice presidential ticket of the PDP and now his political career gradually coming to an end or he could hang around in the Senate but without immunity, what would he tell EFCC after 2023. Look at Okowa, the major reason why he was chosen if for his affinity towards the Igbos which arguably he is one of us. The Massacre in Obigbo was still part of his ordeal, his attacks on Muslim structures and his gangster attitude and loud mouth is why everyone avoids him despite a deep pocket he is noy marketable. I wish him the best. |

Thank you very much. Okowa always identify himself as igboman and it worked to his advantage. There is no how Atiku will pick anti Igbo minority when Igboland is PDP stronghold already threatened by Labour party

XerXers:The current political reality in Nigeria would teach everyone a big lesson especially the Ikwerres, look how both Wike and Amechi lost, if Amechi was committed to the Igbos, yes he came second with a wide margin but if he was truly committed and I also know that Ohaneze is nearly useless but if everyone came together, Even if Amechi or Wike won't win the margin of loss couldn't be too long, Igbo presidency is very important but getting our house in order is even more crucial, today Ifeanyi Okowa silently reached a political milestone that no Ikwerre had ever reached, instead of riding on the power of giants, Ikwerre Igbo subgroups chose dwarfism, it is never too late for the estranged to rethink but they are learning it the hard way. The Igbo nation did not do anything wrong to anyone to be hated so deeply by people very close to us. |

Beejayy20:It is not hard for a typical Igbo man to become president, we are victim of circumstances however we had recovered, it is after the wings of Sabos are clipped we shall reclaim our pride of place, till today, greater percentage of Nigerian history has Igbo men in it so calm down, we need to get some things right first. |
