If you sell the land and deposit the lump sum in you , you’ll attach an LoE stating how you got the money and possibly attach proof of ownership/receipt of sale of land with your documents. Or better still put the money in Fixed deposit and submit the certificate with no issues.
You can open/put your money in a dorm too. No story there

Hi. Fixing the money and using the certificate is not a bad idea. But why open a new ? It may seem dodgy to a visa officer. Also consider the fact that you'll need a reference letter and/or non-indebtedness letter from the bank.

If your POF is a lump sum, you must explain how you got it and with proof. If it is a gift, do a gift deed. Sales of property, show sales proceedings. Or an accumulation of salaries, show salary .

25% of your pension fund is what you are entitled to. The issue with pension letter is the clause that says it becomes accessible to you after 4months of disengagement of duty. We have heard stories of some VO raising concerns on that cos they expect you to have unrestricted access to the money but in anyways, pension fund has been successfully used by very many people.

They sent an email that it is in transit May 6th
Got an email that they have received it May 24th and then I haven’t heard anything since then

But I logged into my profile yesterday and saw that counter foil has been generated

I’m now wondering if I should still call them

Check your GCKEy if you got counterfoil update. Someone that his process via ircc started on 24th May confirmed he got counterfoil today. But port has still not been sent back yet.

Please I really need help about a situation I am in. I got into the Pool July 16th 2021 at age 29. I have read that draws will start again this July, my fear is what if my profile expires before the draws. Re applying would mean that I will be apply with age 30 (my birthday is June 23rd). Do i withdraw my application and reapply before my birthday or do i just wait it out?

It’s almost 2months now , my schoool has refused to confirm the verification because of ASUU STRIKE .. Few days ago WES sent me another mail , telling me they have sent another notification to my school and they are waiting for confirmation and most likely it would last for 7weeks or so .. Pls I need little advice because I have tried to people in the school and all they say is , nothing can be done because of ASUU strike ...
