If you think you can beat the system, recall that PTDF has every right to withdraw their sponsorship, so let's be guided.

But you people should that CGPA was entered during the application. They might have used CGPA or o' level to shortlist for interviews. Let forget how interview shortlist was not and move to after-interview results. Who was asked whether u wanted partial or full scholarship? What did u tell them. 1 Like |

XtraSmooth404: Lol. Like I said, I know illiterates with distinctions in their O Level. You keep singling out exceptions as if they apply to everyone. You shouldn't be deliberatelt illogical because something offers you an advantage. The simple fact remains that if something as paltry as O Level is enough to overcome mediocrity overall but a great SOP and First degree isnt over to overcome a handicapped O level then the system is flawed. What you're arguing about makes zero sense. They should modify which O Levels they accept but the point is that they don't. O Levels shouldn't have the ability to significantly skew a selection process like this, period. 3 Likes |

XtraSmooth404: People have beat the system. How many examples have you seen here of people retaking O Levels and succeeding with the process? 1 Like |

I just checked my portal now and I noticed ptdf have taken down my interview details when interview is not even over yet ![]() Over the years, I have read that portal changing determines if one will be successful or not. Dont know how true it is |

My theory is that they're preparing the interview system for LSS - they are almost done wrapping up OSS (last day of interviews is tomorrow)

On point. The scoring system is updated annually based on recommendation. For instance, awards was a big deal prior to 2020, but got scrapped in favour of hip. A ist also confirmed the change in the grading system from last year template to me earlier this week. However, what majority of applicants keep forgetting altogether is that the ist are only there to assess just like a company would contract a third party company to screen potential job applicants. PTDF will do the final selection of who gets the scholarship and other factors such as gender, research area etc will come into play. For example, PTDF will limit the number of people going for Oil and Gas law in the UK just as much as they would like to have a balance in the ratio of males to females in each study region. Granted. I am not saying recommendation doesn't count nor saying the grading is irrelevant, but one should keep in mine that they are other inter related factors that could truncate your chances despite getting a high score from your region. Its never been a more appropriate time to have your first name as Goodluck.

Hello guys, I was scheduled for nterview on 8th of June according to the invite, unfortunately I saw a rescheduled date of 10th of June on my application information then again I realised just yesterday that a link for 8th of June schedule was sent to me but I didn't notice because it's on my spam. I have sent several emails to [email protected] and [email protected] with evidence of the misinformation all to no avail. I am currently trying to use the link sent for 8th of June but it's not working. Please what can I do?

nlng:Right from the onset, I knew they could be challenges with this virtual. You can wait on the link and hope someone gets you in, but the most assured way at this moment is to take excuse from wherever you are and head to Abuja centre if you can. At this point, flight is your only option. Most of us can testify of the sacrifices we made to reach our centres, the hotel bookings, absent from work, transportation etc.... its all about sacrifices. if you can, go to a centre, don't wait. 2 Likes |

Definitely some candidates would miss virtual interview because there is different links for different days. Notwithstanding, it falls back to the organization of the virtual meetings. KoolK: |
