Yes you can review your answers.
It's been long I used the app, but I think it's after you are done answering and reporting your scores. You will see the option to review. You would be shown the questions you got correct and incorrect. Click on each one to see the right answer. There's are no solutions on the app, if I clearly .
But once you "google" the question online, you will get many solutions.

It's noteworthy that you had great scores for the first time.
Personally I think my GRE test was harder than PowerPrep 2 (probably the tension).
A word of advice is keep practising, but have an open mind on the exam day.
