He is considering applying for an Mpower loan but my fear is ;

Will he be approved a visa with mpower loan as the source of fund and also with his business statement?

you will still get denied even if you go ten times with your current sponsor. A family solicitor is someone your family pays for his/her legal services, the VO won't even wait to hear why your family solicitor will be paying $35k for your education. It does not sound rational.
Find another sponsor that can sound convincing to the ear

Yes u will get ur full two slots to schedule and one EA , once u Pay another visa fee but u must first cancel the second appointment

Paying a new visa fee doesn't mean you'd still retain your old appointment date. You'd have to start a fresh, pick a new date before you can use the emergency option.

I have an advise for most the applicants who always say they are employed and end up being denied. Here is the trick. If you are currently employed for years and then you go for your visa interview and ask who is paying for your trip. The visa officer wants to hear something related to your own money because you have been working BUT immediately you say someone else is paying “they then think you are lying about the job you stated”.

So please always add as follows: “ I have some savings in my but my “family” member will be assisting me with the other part. And make sure to show proof you got the money in your .

This is the the lady who went twice failed because you keep saying you are working but you can’t even show small expenses from your own pocket.

Secondly, please stop using words like “I will return and be a senior manager or etc” they are getting tired of hearing those things so they have started denying people. Maybe it might work for some people but you can also say “ I will return and assume my role while for a period of 6months before being promoted to a senior role”. This is what most companies do. When you return you must go through a trial period first before being promoted.
