It is their joy to give you cas provided they have seen that you have paid school fee and you have the pof in your . It necessarily needn't have been in ur acc for 28days to apply for cas in most cases. Because the school knows weda u like it or not, the pof must be in ur acc for 28days to apply for visa and u cant escape that.


So like i said. It is not a laid down rule for schools that ask for pof before issuing cas to ask that u provide a 28days statement before they issue you cas. Some schools may ask for 28days. And some wont ask they will ask for a week or two weeks pof. Example is york st john.

Are you a September intake? If yes go ahead and pay your school fees deposit then send the telex to them to show your seriousness about the ission. Also send an email to let them know the POF is yet to mature.
It takes some schools a few weeks to confirm telex payments anyway so while they are working on that, your POF days will be counting as well and you can send it to the school once it’s matured.

I think this depends on the Uni,

Some are happy to receive less than 28days and then advise on 28days wait before submission with UKVI

Some are happy to receive less than 28days and ask for an updated statement before issuing CAS

Some are specific on the 28days full statement

So it depends on the Uni, every applicant should get the proper advise on what their school are happy to receive.

If we keep arguing we will derail the thread.

If I am not mistaken I have seen people who are self employed ing saying they their company CAC cert in their application. This is why I am asking....

She can print her 28-30days bank statement anyday prior to her biometrics. The more recent the statement is the better.

I read somewhere that the CAC active status is compulsory if it's a visiting visa and not really for student visa but I'll be glad if this can be cleared.

I think it is pretty straightforward on CAC website

When it is inactive it means the company hasn't filed their annual returns.

You should be able to write a cover letter, requesting to file annual returns, I know there is a fee for that and it will be calculated in arrears for the years that hasn't been filed.

If dealing directly with CAC is stressful then you may wish to engage a lawyer who will do that for you.

It’s better to submit your business document and a business introduction letter that would explain your study gap so you won’t receive an NSF mail.

I guess I will have to go to Tax office to find out how I can pay annual tax return (I believe CAC annual return is different from tax annual return). I wanted to skip before since people who had got visa with long study gap only made mention of CAC Cert in their transcripts.

I will go and do it to avoid story that touches.

Go to the schools website and .

Every information your need on how to pay fees and installment plan would definitely be on their website.

Stop listening to unverified information or better still send a mail to the school.

It’s mostly for visiting visa and not student visa but you can use your CAC certificate as a proof of work if you have above 5years of study gap and you’re self employed.

To reactivate,you will have to go to FIRS to file your annual returns or use a lawyer.
