I read somewhere that the CAC active status is compulsory if it's a visiting visa and not really for student visa but I'll be glad if this can be cleared.
I'll also wish to know how/who you used to reactivate the CAC status.

The statement can be used from the the 28th day it was printed and not up to 31days and It should be there all through till you get your visa to be on a safer side.

They will ask you that letter at port of entry.

The officer that attended to me asked me. I didnt know what he was talking about, then he rephrased saying ‘the letter that came with your visa, with information where you will collect your brp’.
I also didnt print my CAS. I had to power on my other phone and he sighted it before letting me in.

My question, is if the school receives the deposit within a week or two, and I'm ed to provide the POF before CAS is released, knowing fully well that it has not matured to the required 28 days.

Can I keep them waiting till after the required 28 days, before i reply them with my printed statement of . Or once they request for POF it has to be provided almost immediately. I'm really particular about my timing for this whole processing. Kindly advise.

Actually it is application for visa that needs the 28days duration. Most school, at least from what i have heard, can just ask you for two weeks statement or even a week statement

Are you a September intake? If yes go ahead and pay your school fees deposit then send the telex to them to show your seriousness about the ission. Also send an email to let them know the POF is yet to mature.
It takes some schools a few weeks to confirm telex payments anyway so while they are working on that, your POF days will be counting as well and you can send it to the school once it’s matured.

Letter that was addressed to immigration i think, not sure now.
I will have to double check, the letter is not addressed to the owner of the visa, its only issued to you to show as a .
As a student, only your visa will take you out of naija, but its not the only doc that will it into the UK.
Ill suggest you write to ukvi and explain your ordeal and print whatever response.
Better to play safe

You have to wait till it’s 28days, print on the 29th day and send them your bank statement.

We are referring to printing bank statements not POF

She can print her 28-30days bank statement anyday prior to her biometrics. The more recent the statement is the better.

It’s mostly for visiting visa and not student visa but you can use your CAC certificate as a proof of work if you have above 5years of study gap and you’re self employed.

To reactivate,you will have to go to FIRS to file your annual returns or use a lawyer.
