I sold UJ &GJ last night on mff evaluation , woke up this morning only to find out that broker took me out with wide spread without hitting my stoploss.. currently UJ is running 60 pips , GJ 66. Just fuckin down .this is not the first time is happening to me, and I can't do without using Stop.. pls folks how can I avoid this , whereas I placed the same time on my deriv without being stopped.

Simply increase your SL size before rollover.

You started failing the moment you attached emotions to it. You can still pull it back, my friend was down on 8.5% the last week to end the challenge, he pulled it back to 15% within 3 days risking only 1%..

My own evaluation , my first trade was terrible, I have never traded XAUUSD, so I made a mistake on how to calculate the position sizing which cost me -4.6% ,almost hitting DD. I took a break for 2days and came back better to finished the challenge within 3weeks. Don't allow fear of loosing the to grip in.

Current wave: 4th, to bottom above the blue line;
Advice: Short @ 10169, SL 10230, TP 9800.

The decline that started from the march 2022 high with lower highs and lower lows might have just ended. Would like to see a change of structure here to confirm the bottom and follow the weekly trend, else it continues to go down.
On the weekly, gold has not yet taken out the 1752 low so the bullish breakout that happened this year from the consolidation of last year is still intact. The previous week was the first bullish week in 5 weeks.

2. Stop trading against major trend
3. Always draw your , resistance level and trend line before placing trades.
4. If a trade hits your trendline, exit until it realigns with the level of ur major trend. Warning: Don't trade against major trend, there are a wide variety of markets to choose from.
5. Don't place a trade until it crosses your level. When it does, place a trade with 50pips SL and 100pips TP i.e leave trade until it hits your target or your trendline.
6. Always be on look out for currencies following major trend
7 If all currencies don't follow major trend, which is unlikely, depend on signals from a reliable source with a sharp SL and TP. You can't force trades, at this point depend on someone who's credible enough to trade against major trends. Ensure all your trades from this source have a sharp SL and TP.
