You could Google drive that is if you don’t already have it. Then you just need to go to your phone documents or files where your C.V is and then click on options then select share to Google drive. After you do this, go to your Google drive select option on the C.V and click on copy link.

P.S:- The link should be made accessible to everyone viewing it. You can do that in the option of the C.V on Google Drive before you share the link. Best of luck on your Application.
