This is why our Governors should empower vigilante groups. They don't want to do it. And they do not want ESN to do it. If herdsmen can operate in South East, then be ready for the worse. They will grow in numbers in their hideouts and begin to attack communities. They will scare them away from their lands and gradually take over their lands. And this present government will do nothing about it because it's part of their programme.

But our Governors are blind. They cannot see the doom that awaits us all. They think they will be spared when the full Jihad is launched.
