After submission you will receive a mail in a day or at most a week. to you portal and you'll find a biometric instruction letter that you'll take along to enroll for biometrics at VFS

No need to submit any hard copy of anything else your biometrics letter,2 copies of your international port, appointment letter, your intentional port.

When you're ready to go for your enrollment.

I'm not too sure about that one so I'd say you should get consultancy.

But sha the way I see it, it's like you had 2 properties tying you down at your home country. If you sell 1, your liquid funds increase, but your home ties have reduced. In any case, the 1 property should still serve as a strong tie. If you have your immediate family living in Nigeria even better. From what I understand, the visa officer will weigh everything up and see if your tendency to japa is high, if it is then ... wahalur

Had to drop this for a friend, she has three kids and would like to go with the girl among them but the issue in her application is quite complicated. Let me explicate.

She once applied for a visit visa when she still had two kids, a boy and a girl. She was refused the visa. When she ordered her gcms notes, the VO's comments questioned why she wanted to go to canada with the eldest child who is a boy and not the girl.

So right now that she wants to apply for a study visa, God has added to her family with another boy of about 2 years old.

So guys how will you advice her to go with her application?

Any answer will be appreciated. Though in my own understanding, i believe canada aloready has her info so i told her she has to go with the girl and the last born as the girl needs a mother to take care of her due to her tendencies of been molested if not properly watched and she has to go with the toddler because he needs his mother at that age.

Why cant they just explain in your refusal the reason for denial. Must the reason be made known only when you order notes

Not to scare you or anything

Please try and ensure you get your name and from them so you can at least follow the progress on your application.
Because, sometimes when they send you important messages, most agents even forget to tell the applicants because they operate large amount of applications or because they don't want you to control your applications.
Please get your UCI, application number and pray they have not submitted document that are not original.
There are still some good agents tho......

You just need to explain to the vo why such person is willing to sponsor you
And also is he or she can still sponsor you even after catering for his family needs.
And as for what's required, you'll need your sponsor statement of

Company sponsorship takes alot of convincing though..

The company will have to let the Visa Officer know why its sponsoring you for your studies(What makes you special than other employees). Also the company will also convince the Visa Officer that sponsoring your studies in Canada wont in any way affect the financial capacity of the company on other financial responsibility i.e comfortably paying the Salary of other employees and other company financial responsibilities..

And yes, you will need to do a Deed of Gift for any money sent to you by the company..
